In the quarter-finals of the Singapore Open, the Dane Anders Antonsen faced the Taiwanese Lee Chia Hao.
The Dane had a great scare by largely losing his first set against the Taiwanese with a score of 21/12. Then Antonsen adopted a more attacking game and completely overcame his opponent with wins of 21/13 and 21/11. Antonsen therefore qualifies for the semi-finals where he will face the Japanese Naraoka, current world number 4 BWF.
