The fact that Mikkel Hemmersam will be involved in the development of the RSCA Futures does not currently have any consequences for Jean Kindermans, the head of training at Purple & White.

Hemmersam will focus on the first team and the reserves, not on all other youth teams.

Anderlecht and Jean Kindermans are still negotiating about their further cooperation. According to the club, the talks are going constructively, but a final decision about the future of Kindermans has not yet been made.

Jean Kindermans is currently completing a notice period of 18 months at Anderlecht. It will run for another year, so neither party is in a hurry for that reason.
