The document “Synoptic forecast and QPF” issued by the Presidency of the Council of Ministers – Department of Civil Protection on Saturday 20 May 2023 reports a forecast of: “rainfall from isolated to scattered, even in the nature of showers or brief thunderstorms, with generally weak cumulative quantities”.

Also taking into account the spatio-temporal characteristics of the expected rainfall and its intensity, the state of saturation of the soils and the levels of the water courses, as well as the indications made available by the territorial principals and by the hydrological and hydraulic models, the subdivision of the territory regional in Alert Zones, the Regional Functional Center has carried out the evaluation of lyellow alert/criticality levels throughout Lazio with validity from late tomorrow morning, Sunday 21 May 2023 and for the following ones 9 – 12 ore.
