Oliver Kahn is no longer the president of Bayern Munich. The Bavarian club have confirmed his dismissal and appointed vice-president Jan-Christian Dreesen as his replacement.
Jan-Christian Dreesen stood out to Sadio Mané fans for being very enthusiastic when he signed the latter. “The Sadio Mané flocked jersey is the most requested. It makes us very happy. It is confirmation that we have brought a world star to Munich.”, he revealed during the debut of the Senegalese on the side of Bavaria. A lot of water has flowed under the bridge since this declaration and the next few days will tell us how he intends to handle the file of the former Liverpool player.

Separately, Bayern have also formalized the departure of sporting director Hasan Salihamidzic, but his successor has yet to be named. It should be noted that Karl-Heinz Rummenigge will join the supervisory board and will participate in the planning of the team.
