The pupils of the elementary and middle schools of the G. Dessì comprehensive institute have tried their hand at the practice of badminton in thethe sporting event “Sport and Legality”.
An ancient sport conceived in China around the 1st century AD, badminton is played with rackets similar to tennis ones and a light conical-shaped shuttlecock, which players throw from both sides of a net. The Badminton sports federation in Italy was officially born in 1976.
