Ryan Crouser has broken his own shot put world record. The 30-year-old American jumped 23.56 meters in a competition in Los Angeles on Saturday, according to the World Athletics Federation.
The Olympic and world champion thus improved his record from June 2021 by 19 centimeters. Crouser is the only athlete to have ever thrown more than 23.50 meters.
