The facts took place between 2011 and 2018, when the defendant was over 10 years old compared to his minor victims. These were young players aged 13 to 15 who were entrusted to him for training. Despite his function and his status as an adult, the defendant had established special relationships with young girls. He sent them equivocal messages, made believe that he was in love with them and suggested that he was in a relationship with them. It was on these occasions that the defendant allegedly committed acts of sexual integrity offences. Since he was denounced for the facts, this coach has been sanctioned by his federation and can no longer hold office. The prosecution had requested against him a sentence of 2 years in prison accompanied by a suspended probation. In order to assess whether the defendant is fit to submit to these possible probationary conditions, the court decided to seek the opinion of a service specializing in the treatment of sex offenders.
