NFL and Memorial Day Millennium Group

On May 29 in the United States, what is called Memorial DayIt is the day in which all the elements of the armed forces, naval, army and all those who have fought in some of the various wars that that country has sustained are honored.

The NFL is no exception in this celebration and on its official pages all the teams generated content thanking the sacrifice of their fighters, and there is much in common between these organizations: American football is a combat sport, hardened, that is played with very technical strategic formations, as in real war where there are also defensive and offensive formations for various situations, both cases resemble chess.

On the other hand, it is well known that the US military has always supported the NFL, as it is a sport that keeps people on the warpath and fighting spirit. Hence it is not surprising that the Memorial Day is celebrated by all the teams, in its contents there are many graphics where you can see the combatants shoulder to shoulder with the League players, confirming that both institutions are mutually motivated.

And although the actions of the United States in its armed conflicts will be questionable for many, what cannot be denied is that it is a nation that has a lot of honor for its history and, in this case, respect for the people who have sacrificed in your name.

And to show a button: we have seen in various seasons how there are game days where military-style uniforms are used, confirming the powerful union between these two institutions.

It’s a pity that in our country there is no such level of pride and respect for military organizations, which are attacked and questioned, especially with regard to corruption.

So we will be able to criticize many things about the United States, but at least on this particular point, we could learn something to generate more respect for those who put their lives on the line for the country.

And from there… to what follows.
