MADRID, 31 May. (EUROPA PRESS) –

The Spanish tennis player Rafa Nadal has traveled to Greece to visit the Rafa Nadal Tennis Center located in Sani, a leading tourist destination located on the Halkidiki peninsula, where since 2018 tennis modernization programs have been taught for players of all ages and levels in its 8 clay courts.

During his stay, Rafa Nadal, absent at Roland Garros, the second ‘Grand Slam’ of the season to recover from his physical ailments, has been very satisfied with the way the sports center is running.

“I really wanted to finally come to Greece, but my calendar and COVID had prevented me. Both Toni and Carlos Moyá, Carlos Costa and the whole team had spoken wonderful things about the center, and they were right. I think the The quality of the entire facility is spectacular and I think it’s an incredible place to play tennis and enjoy a great vacation,” he said.

For Nadal, what makes the difference in this center is the humane treatment of the people who work on a daily basis. “We have had an excellent relationship for many years and for me working with people who share our values is essential,” she added.

The objective of the Rafa Nadal Tennis Center is to offer high-quality tennis training so that players can receive classes through the different personalized programs while they enjoy their vacations at the Sani Resort.

These programs have been developed and implemented by the technical team of the Rafa Nadal Academy by Movistar thanks to the experience acquired during Rafa Nadal’s own sports career.
