KV Mechelen is facing a busy summer. A number of guys are allowed to leave and reinforcements are needed. Steven Defour cannot (for the time being?) also not count on Enock Agyei, because he will return to Burnley anyway.
The flank attacker has been rented from Burnley since January and he was allowed to play 9 times, mainly through raids. Gradually he made more of an impression and in the cup final he had quite a strong substitution. The former Anderlecht player announced his departure on social media.

There is a good chance that Vincent Kompany will give Agyei a chance in the preparation.
The Premier League may come a bit early, so a new loan is certainly not an out of the question. Will KV Mechelen come back into the picture, or who knows Westerlo? After all, Kompany has good contacts with Defour, Matthys (both KV Mechelen) and De Roeck (Westerlo).
