The Government of the Province, through the Ministry of Tourism and Protected Areas and the Chubut Turismo Agency, will participate this May 30 and June 1 of the BUY PATAGONIA in United States; an action promoted by the National Institute for Tourism Promotion (INPROTUR), the Official Entity of Tourism Patagonia Argentina and the provinces that make up the region.
There the delegation that will present the tourist offer of Chubut will be headed by the Minister of Tourism and Protected Areas and president of the Chubut Tourism Agency, Leonardo Gaffet; accompanied by the president of the Chubut Chamber of Tourism and vice president of the Chubut Tourism Agency, Miguel Sosa; and tourism providers from the Province who will participate in the marketing meetings through spontaneous appointments and business rounds, in order to strengthen tourism marketing between the Patagonia Region and the US market.
On May 30 the meeting will be held in New York City, while on June 1 it will be held in Los Angeles; with a call for more than 250 US travel agencies and tour operators between the two cities. There, the participants will have spaces for networking, offer presentation, marketing, and a presentation of the Patagonia Region, a globally positioned tourism brand. There will also be space to promote destinations through games and vouchers with important prizes to encourage the market.
