Cusset. Big performances at the badminton club. The badminton club Vichy Cusset participated this weekend in the departmental championships in Varennes-sur-Allier, with 30 players lined up for this competition.
Accustomed to performances in these championships, the club won 10 of the 13 open tables, also winning the trophy for the best club.
With these very good results, the local club once again proves its know-how in a sport, badminton, which is still too little known.
Tableaux. Regional – R (the highest level in the department currently). Single Man: Noël Clément, winner; Vincent Raboutot, finalist. Men’s Doubles: Vincent Raboutot, winner (with Claude Charasse of ASPTT Montluçon). Finalists: Nicolas Massacrier – Brice Fradier. Mixed Doubles: Audrey Rodrigues and Vincent Raboutot. Winners/finalists: Céline Zagorski – Nicolas Massacrier.
Join the club. For those interested in badminton, it is still possible to join the club, with the summer license which costs €60 for adults, between May and August, and €50 for young people.
