BC badminton teams debut on the right foot at the Conade Nationals – Tijuana News

OAXTEPEC, Morelos.- The Baja California badminton team began its participation in the 2023 edition of the Conade Nationals 2023 at a good pace, managing to advance in its different categories and branches.

Baja California shines in badminton.

The boys came out ready to win under the guidance of coaches Jonathan Morales and José Luis Espinoza, in the first stage of the competition in the team modality in the Sub 15 and Sub 17 categories.

The opening day began early at Club Dorados Oaxtepec, Baja California was the protagonist of high-voltage matches, qualifying for the semifinals in the Sub 17, while the Sub 15 went to the quarterfinals.

Matches to play this Tuesday

The games in the modalities of individual (singles), doubles, mixed doubles, and the rest of the team activity, will be played this Tuesday, May 30, within the Under-15 and Under-17 categories.

The activity will continue in all these categories until Thursday, June 1. From June 3 to Monday, June 5, the activity will take place within the Under-19 category, in both branches and all modalities.

In this discipline there is participation of athletes from: Aguascalientes, Baja California, Baja California Sur, Chiapas, Chihuahua, Mexico City, Coahuila, Durango, Mexico State, Guerrero, Guanajuato, Hidalgo, Jalisco, Michoacan, Nayarit, Nuevo Leon , Puebla, Queretaro, Quintana Roo, Sinaloa, Sonora, San Luis Potosí, Tamaulipas, Tlaxcala, Veracruz, Yucatan, National Polytechnic Institute (IPN), National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM).
