Where would Oviedo be if only the Cervera stage was counted?

Oviedo lives a very quiet week in a hectic season after beating Lugo at the Tartiere, the second consecutive victory to put land in the middle with relegation. Recent games have strengthened the figure of Álvaro Cervera, the blue coach, in his first season with Oviedo. The Admiral arrived in October to replace Jon Pérez Bolo and has significantly improved his numbers. In fact, there is a very striking fact that reinforces Cervera’s work. If only their stage (from matchday 12 to matchday 36) were taken into account, Oviedo would be fighting for the promotion play-off.

The hypothetical classification, taking into account only the parties led by the Admiral, is as follows:

1-Grenade. 47 points

2-Eibar. 47 points.

3-Lift. 45 points

4-Alaves. 40 points

5-The Palms. 39 points.

6-Mirandés. 38 points.

7-Albacete. 36 points.

8-Real Oviedo. 36 points

When Cervera arrived at Oviedo, the team was in a galloping crisis of results after the Bolo stage: only two victories. The team was in relegation places. Since Cervera arrived, he only stepped on the abyss once again, on matchday 14 after losing to the Villarreal subsidiary. Since then, he has been on the low side, but not in danger again. Now he takes ten points from Málaga, which marks the relegation.
