Warriors Equalize, Timberwolves Extends Breath

The Golden State Warriors won hard-earned 126-125 over the Sacramento Kings in game four of the NBA playoffs this season, keeping the score tied at 2-2. Stephen Curry et al survived the defeat towards the end of the fight.

Playing at the Chase Center, Monday (24/4/2023) WIB, the Kings won 32-31 in the first quarter, then became 65-69 in the second quarter. But the Warriors turned 102-92 ahead in the third quarter after scoring 37 points to the Kings’ 23.

In the fourth quarter, the Kings returned to lead 107-106, but the Warriors soon overtook Curry’s layup 108-107 and continued to maintain a 126-121 advantage until the last minute. But the Kings still persistent pursuit.


The Warriors were only 126-125 up with 10.1 seconds left in the game and the ball was in the possession of the Kings, who called for a timeout. Harrison Barnes tried to seal the Kings victory with a three-pointer in the dying seconds, but missed. The Warriors came out victorious.

Curry scored 32 points in this game for the Warriors, followed by Klay Thompson with 26 points and Jordan Poole with 22 points. Andrew Wiggins and Draymond Green also scored in double figures.

Meanwhile in the Kings camp, De’Aaron Fox contributed the most points with 38 points, followed by Keegan Murray with 23 points. Malik Monk, Domantas Sabonis and Davion Mitchell also scored in double figures.

The fifth game will take place at the Golden 1 Center, Sacramento, on Thursday (27/4) at 09.00 WIB.
