While last year its express round trip to Augusta had ignited the web, the Tiger made a reappearance with clubs in hand during an inauguration a week before the Masters.
It is in West Palm (Florida) that Tiger Woods came to hit the inaugural drive of The Park, the new public course designed by Gil Hanse (the architect of the New Course des Bordes) and with which Woods is associated.

One week from Mastershe did not mention his physical form or the state of his game but was content to recall that he was very honored to be part of this course project which is due to open in mid-April.
I was excited to hit the first tee shot at The Park, a public golf course for the community of West Palm Beach to enjoy. This course became possible due to many donors that I am honored to be a part of this project with. Opening soon! pic.twitter.com/I7vF50f5BQ

This 18-hole course is destined to become one of the best public courses in the United States. It will offer 18 varied and challenging holes while remaining accessible to players of all levels.
The Park was built on the ashes of the West Palm Beach Golf Coursea course dating from 1947 and closed in 2018.
