“The Club clearly and clearly condemns any form of racism or discrimination”
The press release from the SCB:
“Following Saturday’s meeting and the accusations from the Girondins de Bordeaux relayed in the media, Sporting Club de Bastia wishes to react.
The Club clearly condemns any form of racism or discrimination as it has always done.
Nevertheless, Sporting cannot allow its image to be tarnished by ambiguous communication from Bordeaux which would suggest that players, staff members or supporters present at the stadium have uttered racist insults.
Therefore, the Club reserves the right to immediately take legal action against any person implicating the Sporting Club de Bastia.”
