Basketball A Women’s National Team Candidate roster has been announced. Hatice Sönmez from Kayseri Basketball also took part in the squad.
The 33-person roster of our Women’s National Team, which will participate in the FIBA 2023 Women’s European Championship, which will be jointly hosted by Slovenia and Israel between June 5-25, has been announced.
A Women’s National Team candidate staff will start their work on Monday, April 10 in Istanbul. Our Crescent-Stars, who are in Group D of the FIBA 2023 Women’s European Championship, will play their group matches in Ljubljana, the capital of Slovenia. Our crescent-stars will play their first match in the organization on Thursday, June 15 against Serbia. Our Women’s National Team will face Hungary on Friday, June 16 in its second match in the group. Our last match in Group D will be against Slovakia on Sunday, June 18th. Hatice Sönmez from Kayseri Basketball also took part in the Women’s National Team Candidate squad.
