Roberto Carlos, who was born on April 10, 1973, was one of the best defenders in the world, famous among other things for his hard shots from free kicks.

He achieved the greatest success in the jersey of Real Madrid, with whom he won the Spanish top competition four times and rejoiced in the cup for the winners of the Champions League three times. In addition, he was one of the mainstays of the Brazilian national team that won the 2002 World Cup in Japan and South Korea.

Roberto Carlos da Silva started professional football in Uniao Sao Joao, through Palmeiras and Inter Milan he got to Real in 1996, where he stayed for 11 years. He also played for Fenerbahce and Corinthians.

He ended his career at the age of 39 in the Dagestan club Anži Makhačkala, in the 2015/16 season he played in three matches for the Dynamos club from Delhi, India.
