The young woman armed with a club seems to be frantically looking for someone but because of her behavior she is immediately noticed by a group of parents who are taking their children to play at that juncture. The parents of the little ones seem stunned and obviously also frightened by the scene of that strange young woman who, armed with a long and powerful club, moves jerkily in front of them together with her friends.

At one point someone calls the municipal policemen on the phone and the white helmets arrive on the spot in no time at all. In a few seconds they block the young woman and her three friends. The agents immediately confiscate the baseball bat and the boys are taken to the barracks. Here the young woman is immediately identified. She is 18 years old and is from Sant’Anastasia, a town bordering Pomigliano. She belongs to the middle class and has no precedent. Her companions are also from her area, two of whom are minors. At the end of the interrogation, the policemen denounce the girl on the loose and deliver the crime report to the Nola prosecutor’s office. According to what has been learned so far, it seems that the suspect said in her defense that she had gone to the park to play baseball. But the ball was not found by the municipal agents.
