The oldest tournament in the sport will see the participation of top players.

Badminton fans prepare for the start of the 2023 All England Open Badminton Championships. The iconic tournament will take place from March 14-19, 2023 and contains a total prize pool of $1,250,000.

It’s a Super 1000 tournament that will attract the best badminton stars from around the world. Last year’s winners will face stiff competition from the challengers as they prepare to defend their crowns. No Indian has won the tournament in the past 22 years, adding pressure to the current crop of commuters.

There are plenty of top players who will make their mark at the All England Open badminton championships in several categories. Here is an overview of the top 10 people to watch:

Satwiksairaj Rankireddy/Chirag Shetty

When it comes to men’s doubles, Satwiksairaj Rankireddy and Chirag Shetty represent India’s best hopes for victory. Lakshya Sen’s recent form is troubling to say the least. That said, the 21-year-old is one of the best singles players in the Indian ranks. The 2022 Commonwealth Games gold medalist was the runner-up at the All England Open last time out. He hopes to use the stage to spin up his season.

PV Sindhu
