Latvian basketball players Anete Šteinberga and Aleksa Gulbe scored eight and three points, respectively, in the FIBA Euroleague quarterfinal matches on Friday, as the teams they represented reached the decisive games in the series.

The “Tango” unit of Burža, represented by Steinberg, beat the basketball players of “Mersin” from Turkey with a score of 76:75 (25:17, 14:12, 22:19, 15:27) in the home game and reached 1-1 in the series up to two victories.
Steinberg spent 23 minutes and 19 seconds on the court on Friday, during which she made three of nine two-point shots and both free throws, had four rebounds, one assist, one steal, two fouls, one foul, one negative + /- of the indicator (-7) and six points of the efficiency factor.
