The Spring Open tournament at the Riccione Tennis Club is at the starting line: 4,000 euros in prize money

An important and by now classic appointment for national tennis kicks off on Saturday (April 1st), the Spring Open tournament organized by the Riccione Tennis Club, which starts with two draws, one for men with a prize pool of 2,000 euros, and one for women with the same jackpot. Overall 4000 euros for some of the best 2nd category on the national scene and many big venues.

The technical level of the two Riccione Opens is excellent. The men’s is limited to 3.1, so the 56 players who have so far given their membership are almost all 2nd category. The ranking is led by 2.1 Omar Giacalone, followed by 2.2 Stefano Baldoni, by 2.3 Alberto Morolli, from Rimini who trains in the competitive school of Tc Riccione, and Michele Vianello from Ravenna, and by 2.4 Matteo Marfia, Filippo Mazzola, Leonardo Primucci, Edoardo Monti, Emanuele Mazzeschi, Genaro Marzialetti, Julius Tverijonas and from 2.5 Luca Bartoli, Alessandro Canini, Edoardo Pompei, Daniele Chiurulli, Davide Gabrielli and Leonardo Angeloni.

The women’s singles is open until 3.5 and sees 47 players, led by 2.1 Anastasiya Grymalska, followed by 2.5 Martina Zara and 2.6 Marta Lombardini, Vittoria Benedetti, Sara Aversa, Cecilia Mazza, Anita Picchi, Asia Scuppa and Sveva Azzurra Pansica.
