THE BALL – Jorge Jesus loses in Seville and starts at a disadvantage for the second leg (see the goals) (Europa League)

Fenerbahçe, coached by Jorge Jesus, lost, this Thursday, to Sevilla, by 0-2, in the first leg of the round of 16 of the Europa League.

The two goals of the match came in the second half, having been scored by Joan Jordan (56′) and Erik Lamela (85′).

The Portuguese midfielder Miguel Crespo was in the starting line-up for the Turks, eventually being replaced by Jorge Jesus in the 67th minute.

The second leg, which will be played in Istanbul, is scheduled for next Thursday, March 16th.
