Phoenix – The Phoenix Suns have ended their series of the last three defeats in the US basketball league NBA and won 116:113 against the Orlando Magic around Berlin’s Franz and Moritz Wagner.
The Suns thus consolidated their fourth place in the Western Conference, for Orlando tenth place in the east and participation in the play-in for the playoffs is becoming more and more distant. Franz Wagner had 16 points and a season best of ten rebounds. Moritz Wagner only played a little less than seven minutes and in that time had two points and one assist. The best pitcher of the game was Markelle Fultz with 25 points for Orlando, while Devin Booker was the most successful with 19 points for the Suns.
The Denver Nuggets also ended a losing streak and got a 119-100 win over the Detroit Pistons. The Western Conference leaders had not won in four games but still has a comfortable lead over pursuers the Sacramento Kings and Memphis Grizzlies. The Kings got a 101-96 at the Brooklyn Nets, the Grizzlies were inactive on Thursday.
Meanwhile, the Milwaukee Bucks unexpectedly lost their home game to the Indiana Pacers. The Eastern Conference leaders lost 123-139. National player Daniel Theis was not used by the Pacers.
