Six Teams That Have Qualified for the Quarterfinals of the Champions League

Two more teams have confirmed themselves to the quarter-finals of the Champions League this season. Six slots have been filled, leaving two empty seats to be contested by four teams.

Inter Milan and Manchester City are the two most recent teams to secure tickets to the last eight. A 0-0 draw at Porto in the second leg has ensured the Nerazzurri progress, having won 1-0 in the first leg at San Siro.

Man City is even crazier. Erling Haaland scored five goals against RB Leipzig in a 7-0 victory party at home, making them advance to the next round 8-1 on aggregate.

The two teams follow in the footsteps of AC Milan, Chelsea, Benfica and Bayern Munich who reached the quarter-finals last week. The remaining two places will be contested by Real Madrid, Liverpool, Napoli and Eintracht Frankfurt

Madrid will host Liverpool at the Santiago Bernabeu with a 5-2 win at Anfield. Meanwhile, Napoli, who won 2-0 in the first leg, will be the arrival of Frankfurt, the Euroopa League champions last season.

The two matches will be held on Thursday (16/3/2023) at 03.00 WIB. The top eight draw will be held the following day.

  • Porto 0-0 Inter Milan (aggregate 0-1)
  • Manchester City 7-0 RB Leipzig (8-1 aggregate)
