Sebastian Ofner is in the Zadar Challenger final

Sebastian Ofner then makes it into the final of the Challenger tournament in Zadar.

The Styrian defeated the Italian Flavio Cobolli in straight sets 7:5 and 7:5.

The first set develops into a real break festival, the first six games are always won by the receiver. At a score of 4:3 from Ofner’s point of view, the Austrian gets another break.

Although the Austrian misses, as the sentence says, to serve out when the score is 5:3, but in the twelfth game Ofner takes the service from his opponent again and thus wins the curious first set 7:5.

Ofner is sure of a career high

There are significantly fewer breaks in the second set. After Ofner took his opponent’s serve in the second game, the Italian managed the re-break to 4:3. Just like in the first set, a break in the twelfth game decides the second set and thus the match in Ofner’s favour.

The number 137 in the world rankings meets either Arthur Cazaux (218) or Alessandro Giannessi (261) in the final on Sunday.

It is already clear that Ofner will reach a new career high on Monday. In the current LIVE ranking, he is 121st, his career high so far was 126th.
