Racing beat La Luz 3-1 in Fray Bentos with a hat-trick by Luis Gorocito

Racing beat La Luz 3-1 in Fray Bentos for the eighth date of the Apertura Tournament, in a duel of direct rivals for permanence, and shares ninth place with Plaza Colonia with 10 points.

Sayago’s team took a few minutes to settle the lawsuit. At 9′ he was already ahead due to a good definition by Luis Gorocito first in the area after a partial clearance by Santiago Carrera.

Gorocito increased at 18′ with a great header, capitalizing on Agustín Alaniz’s cross from the right, and completed his hat-trick with a penalty at 23′.

At 89′ the Argentinian Ariel Cabral was sent off for a hard iron on Emiliano Ancheta.
