Park Hyung-in, head of the Gyeongsangnam-do branch of the Liberation Association, donated 2 million won in scholarships from the Geochang-gun Scholarship Association and 1 million 4,000 won in donations for the Arim 1004 Movement to Geochang-gun, respectively, on the occasion of the March 1st Festival.

This deposit is giving a warm impression to the local community as the story of Park’s visit to the county office quietly to collect the veterans’ honorary allowance and various meeting allowances supported by Geochang-gun is known belatedly.

Branch Manager Park said, “I hope that the students who received the scholarship will have dreams and hopes and grow into talented people that society needs. I hope that it will be of some help to neighbors in need, such as children of low-income families of veterans.”

Hyung-in Park, the head of Geochang-gun’s hometown, is currently serving as the 8th branch manager of the Gyeongsangnam-do branch of the Liberation Association and the president of the Gyeongnam Disabled Badminton Association.
