Milan-Cortina 2026, speed skating: Rho or Turin the two options

In the Milan-Cortina dossier “priority to site selection for speed skating competitions, after the renunciation of Baselga di Pinè. Also present were the Minister of Culture, Gennaro Sangiuliano; the Minister of Tourism Daniela Santanchè; the Minister of Enterprise and Made in Italy, Adolfo Urso; the undersecretary to the Prime Minister, Alessandro Morelli; the undersecretary of the Ministry of the Environment and Energy Security Claudio Barbaro; the president of CONI and of the Milano-Cortina 2026 Foundation, Giovanni Malagò; the president of the Cip, Luca Pancalli; the CEO of the Foundation, Andrea Varnier; the president and managing director of Infrastrutture Milano-Cortina 2026, Veronica Vecchi and Luigi Valerio Sant’Andrea. The presidents of the Lombardy and Veneto Regions, Attilio Fontana and Luca Zaia, took part; the mayor of Milan Giuseppe Sala; the mayor of Cortina d’Ampezzo, Gianluca Lorenzi; the president of the Autonomous Province of Bolzano, Arno Kompatscher and the mayor of Verona, Damiano Tommasi.
