Michael Jordan: His million-dollar kicks will be auctioned | Sports

New York – A pair of basketball legend trainers Michael Jordan (60) could fetch up to four million dollars (about 3.7 million euros) at auction, according to an auction house.

Jordan got the black and red sneakers for the 1998 Chicago Bulls worn in the final of the US basketball league NBA, announced the auction house Sotheby’s. The shoes will be auctioned in New York in April.

Unusual sneakers have recently made headlines at auctions because high prices were achieved.

For example, in October 2021, Sotheby’s auctioned a pair Jordan sneakers that the ex-basketball pro wore in his first NBA season cost around $1.5 million.
