Kitz sensation Misolic – “Certainly one of my most difficult career phases”

Misolic believes in Thiem-Comebach in the Wetspitze
With Dominic Thiem, another red-white-red tennis player ended (too) early at the tournament in California despite a set and 4-1 lead and chances in the tie-break of the third set. “The match was more on his side, but one or two points and unfortunately it was on the other side again,” said Misolic, a spectator at his opening defeat. Ultimately, Thiem failed in lap one due to Adrian Mannarino – another setback on the way back to the top of the world. “I stand by my opinion that he’s going to be 100 percent able to come back. He’s been there before, knows how it works, he hasn’t forgotten how to hit,” he believes in a Thiem return, but knows: “It’s a long road that he has to be ready for in his head.”
