In this space, the different schools will have a space on the esplanade of the Monument to the Revolution to teach a class and promote their technique, in addition to having a few minutes to offer an exhibition of their martial discipline.

As mentioned, in previous years different martial techniques have been present, such as Taekwondo, Limalama, Karate, Krav Maga, Nippon Kempo, Xilam, Hapkido, Wushu-Kung Fu, Kendo, Medieval and others that have shared the space and their classes in a fraternal way with all the public that participates in this event that is carried out to celebrate the World Taichi and Qigong Day.

To be part of the Taichi Mega Class, organizations, schools and martial arts practitioners can send a message to the Mexico Facebook page with the World United for Taichiso that a space is set aside for their activities and they are included in the list of exhibitions.

Another way in which they can participate is by holding a class in their locality simultaneously, as practitioners from different states of the Mexican Republic and from countries on different continents have done.

It is worth mentioning that, in addition to forcing ties of friendship, this activity is carried out to promote martial arts as a physical activity to strengthen health and avoid diseases triggered by sedentary lifestyle and stress.
