Heat performances keep Udonis Haslem awake

NBA – Affected by the disappointing results of Miami, Udonis Haslem does not want to end his career on a bad note.

After reaching the NBA Finals in 2020 and then the Eastern Conference Finals last season, the Heat are struggling to continue this season. Worse, Erik Spoelstra’s men are having a rather disappointing campaign with a record of 34 wins for 31 defeats. The Floridians are currently in 7th place in the East with three losses more than the Nets, who hold 6th place directly qualifying for the playoffs.

Average performance that has something to annoy the old sage of the franchise: Udonis Haslem.

“No one likes to lose” thus dropped Udonis Haslem. “I lose sleep at night, you know what I mean. This is not how I wanted my senior year to go. For me, nothing was easy in life and I had to work for everything. This is just one more situation to get out of. To get what you want, you have to push a little harder, give a little more, and that’s how life is.”

.

Even if Miami has not yet mortgaged its chances and a direct qualification in the playoffs remains possible, there is no more time to lose. Hence the exit of Udonis Haslem who hopes to cause an electric shock in the locker room. It was rather successful last night with the victory against the Hawks, but that requires confirmation.

After twenty years in the league and three NBA championship titles, Udonis Haslem, 42, has hardly played for several seasons, but he still has an extremely important role within the group.
