Mylie Jourdan, a young player from the Thonon Badminton Club, went to Voiron (Isère) this weekend to compete in the regional youth championship (from youngsters to juniors). She played the doubles on Saturday, the mixed on Sunday and the singles straddling the two days.
In the youngest singles, being the first in the region, she started directly in the final table, in the quarter-finals, and finished in style and won the final n 2 sets.
In women’s doubles with Maud, she had no luck in the draw and lost as soon as she entered the competition in 3 sets.
Finally, in mixed doubles, Mylie and her partner Hugo de Bourg-de-Péage advanced to the final, which they won in three sets.
Titled on the regional scene, Mylie Jourdan will represent her Thonon club during the French youth championship in Mulhouse, from May 18 to 21.
