Favorites lead the Bundesliga

In the men’s 1st Bundesliga, KSV Esslingen leads in the south ahead of record champions and defending champions TSV Abensberg. Esslingen clinched a 14-0 thrashing of VfL Sindelfingen. Abensberg won 12:2 against TV Erlangen. In Group North, Sportunion Annen (9:5 against Bottrop) is leading ahead of runner-up Hamburg (8:6 against Remscheid).

In the women’s Bundesliga, the preliminary round will be held in four groups for the first time this year. After the first day of fighting, the leaders are 1. JC Mönchengladbach (North West), TSG Backnang (South West) and SG Eltmann (South East).

The fighting community of judoka Mecklenburg-West Pomerania (North), the judo team Holten (North-West) and the Isarfighter (South) lead the tables in the 2nd national leagues for men.
