International Football Association Board (IFAB) made other changes effective from the 2023-2024 season
This Friday (24), the International Football Association Board (IFAB) made some changes to the rules of world football official. When the changes take effect, goalkeepers will no longer be able to promote so-called ‘catimbas’ before penalty kicks.
