Il Boano Team di Caraglio is at the first proof of Enduro World Championship GP of the current year. After coming of age (he was born in 2005) the team is the son of Boano Moto, which was born in 1976 from the passion of the founder Roberto Boano, Italian and world motocross rider and his wife Silvana.
Roberto has participated five times in the Paris-Dakar and now his sons Jarno and Ivan continue the path traced by their father, who in past years have achieved important goals in enduro competitions where, starting from 1991, they have collected 14 Gold Medals at the ‘Six Days’, 3 World Team Titles with the Italian National Team, 4 European Championships, 7 Italian Titles as well as various podiums and placings in the World Championship; Ivan also conquered 3 podiums in the Supermoto World Championship in two seasons; together they were Honda and Husqvarna factory riders.
Not the company prepares racing motorcyclesbut also produces and markets parts dedicated to Racing with the new brand Boano Race Parts with a network that can count on over 300 resellers worldwide.
At the first of the eight rounds of the Enduro World Championship, the Team Boano brings three riders in the major race and two in the junior one. “We aim high – told us the sporting director, Sea Filiparz – and we count on doing well in all the rounds of the world championship, given that last year we won in the E2 category”.
A San Remo the three riders of the senior team run: Matteo Pavoni in the E1 category, while the Australian Daniel Milner in E2. In E3 Matteo Cavallo from Cuneo. The Juniors are Gabriele Doglio and Samu Boano. The team has also planned a ‘hospitality’ with the sponsor ‘Costa Ligure’ in Arma di Taggia, where a pasta party will also take place.
