Capital gains Juve, sale of Cerri: a new investigation opens in Cagliari

The Prosecutor of Cagliari has opened an investigation into the sale of the Juventus striker, Alberto Cerri, at Cagliari. The file, currently without suspects, hypothesizes the crime of false accounting. The magistrates of the Sardinian capital took action following the transmission of the documents of the Turin investigation into the capital gains to Juventus, as happened in the case of various Italian prosecutors. The investigation was assigned to the pool that deals with financial crimes. According to the Turin investigators, the sale of Cerri to Cagliari, which took place on 12 July 2018, would have generated a capital gain of 8/9 million, with immediate positive effects on the balance sheet of the Juventus club. Most of the checks have already been carried out in Turin and then sent to Cagliari for competence
