BR24Sport: Boxing World Championship fight Rupprecht – Estrada now live

She has been a professional boxer since 2013 and has been WBC world champion without interruption since 2017: Tina Rupprecht from Augsburg – fight name: “Tiny Tina” – is already one of the most successful German boxers of all time. At the weekend she will defend her world championship belt in the minimum weight category (up to 47.6 kilograms) for the first time in the USA: in Fresno/California the 30-year-old will meet Seniesa Estrada.

While Rupprecht has won twelve world championships in twelve fights so far in her career (three of them by knockout), her opponent, “Seniesa Superbad”, has recommended a 23-0 series. Of the 23 fights, she won nine by knockout

16,000 boxing fans expected in Fresno

Advantage Seniesa? Perhaps. After all, the American, who is considered a very aggressive fighter, should also have most of the expected 16,000 spectators in Fresno behind her. Nevertheless, Rupprecht does not want to hide and after intensive preparation seems to be prepared for her biggest fight so far.

BR24Sport will stream the fight live from Saturday to Sunday from 4 a.m. The stream will also be available on demand/re-live from Sunday morning. Reporter is Jens-Jörg Rieck. As an expert at his side: Tina Schüssler, herself a former professional boxer.
