After a discomfort live on Twitch, Sergio Agüero reassures his fans

More fear than harm, it seems for Sergio Agüero, 34, the former Manchester City striker, who suffered a slight illness live on Twitch on Thursday evening. The Argentinian, who had to end his career in December 2021 for heart problems, gave reassuring news in the wake of the incident.

Live on the Twitch channel of Ibai Llanos, a famous Spanish streamer, “Kun” had suddenly stopped for a moment. The ex-Mancunian raised his hand to his heart, then seemed to regain control of the situation. “I think I have a mini-arrhythmia,” he said. The host suggested calling a doctor, which Agüero declined. “No, no, because I have a chip that will detect it (the problem), calmly explained the ex-footballer. He will send me a signal. »

Agüero then sounded an alarm on his phone, emanating from an alert system. Later in the evening, the Argentinian put an end to the excitement of some of his admirers, whom the incident did not fail to worry, by posting a video on his Instagram account.

“Many of you have asked me how I was doing,” Agüero said in this post. There is nothing to worry about. It was bullshit, the doctors told me everything (was) fine and there (was) no problem. I’m calm, I’m still here. »

Forced to hang up his crampons prematurely, Agüero is happy to perform on Twitch, in particular to defend his former comrades from Albiceleste. Thus he had publicly supported Lionel Messi when the latter was the target of whistles from the Parc des Princes. After the World Cup, Agüero took part in many celebrations of the title-winning Argentines in Qatar.
