The brother of late tight end Aaron Hernandez has been charged with disturbing the peace after an arrest for misconduct inside the ESPN television network quarters in Bristol, Connecticut last week.

Dennis John Hernandez was handcuffed last Thursday after local police said he showed up at the scene and threw a bag containing a brick and a written message onto company property. Having been turned away by the security officials of the building, the defendant had gone to the scene by Uber taxi and his text was rather confused.

“To all the media, it is time you became aware of your effects on all family members. You are a world leader, so you could lead the way in how to deliver the messages, brick by brick. Fix that!”, Wrote the individual in his letter, of which the TMZ site obtained a copy.

ESPN closed part of its offices for about half an hour. The police investigation continues in this regard, but Hernandez will appear in court on April 6 for a hearing. His brother Aaron was found guilty on April 15, 2015 of the 2013 murder of Odin Lloyd. The former New England Patriots killed himself two years after his conviction. His death followed his acquittal in a 2012 double homicide.
