“The date is not yet fixed but the event will take place, that’s for sure.”
The manager of the Lac Saint-Joseph club, Dany Poulin, is never short of ideas. And one of his latest is downright original as he sets in motion a tournament that will welcome only left-handed golfers!
An event that will be part of the program for the 70th anniversary celebrations of the golf club located in the western suburbs of Quebec.
“I think it will be the first tournament of this kind organized in Quebec,” he said. I expect to receive about 100 registrations from across the province.”
The date for the holding of this tournament has still not been determined, Mr. Poulin first wishing to survey the left-handed golfers he knows to find out about availability, in order to arrive at a date that should accommodate the majority.
Interested left-handed golfers can contact club management for more information.
