“We did good things, but not enough,” says Franck Haise

It’s a first home defeat of the season for RC Lens.

Defeated for the first time this season at home, Franck Haise does not hide his disappointment but congratulates the OGC Nice match: “Defeat is part of football, it’s always disappointing when you’re not used to it anymore, but you have to recognize that the opponent was of high quality. We did some good things, but not enough. We can hope for a draw, but they did not steal their victory. We sometimes lacked a little accuracy and a little more depth, especially in the first half. We saw a real game and they were a little stronger than us. They really managed to give us a lot of problems. I suspect that we are not going to fly over the season, even if I would like to. There are always times that are a little more difficult. But you have to look at the opponent too. We had a good game, but Nice had a very, very good game.»
