“Under a Baseball Sky” will soon premiere on a San Diego stage | Tijuana News

San Diego, California.- The play called “Under a baseball sky” which deals with the deep roots of baseball in the Mexican American community will soon premiere on stage at The Old Globe in San Diego.

Inspired by the Logan Heights neighborhood of San Diego and directed by James Vásquez, artist-in-residence at The Old Globe, this world premiere celebrates the union of communities and individuals to find hope, healing, love and the occasional home run.

The authorities of The Old Globe announced this Wednesday, the complete cast and the creative team of “Under a baseball sky” or “Under a Baseball Sky”, written by José Cruz González and directed by James Vásquez.
