The frost has subsided, Czech biathletes are successfully defending their quota for next winter

They are accumulating more points, in Canmore during the continuation of the IBU Cup, the Czech biathletes are successfully trying to defend their position in the top ten of the Cup of Nations and thus also the quota of five starters in individual races in the next season of the ‘second league’ series. Vítězslav Hornig and Kristýna Otcovská reached the highest points during the weekend battles in the sprint and supersprint. They are already competing in more favorable conditions than those that prevailed after the arrival of the expedition to Canada. The minus 30 frosts have eased significantly. The postponed races were finally able to go off in full.
