The county expands the second floor of the Yangyang Life Sports Center into a bowling alley to expand the infrastructure of sports facilities and expand the base of the sports population, and builds a multipurpose gym to support various sports activities of residents.

First, Yangyang Multipurpose Gymnasium will be built at 184-2 Gugyo-ri, Yangyang-eup, with a floor area of ​​1,149㎡ on the ground floor, and will support residents to engage in various sports activities such as badminton, volleyball, and basketball.

The multipurpose gym construction project cost 6 billion won (country 10, province 6, county 44).

Yangyang Bowling Alley will be expanded to a total floor area of ​​1,274㎡ on the second floor of the existing Yangyang Life Sports Center (table tennis court) located at 185 Gugyo-ri, Yangyang-eup. The bowling alley will have 14 lanes and convenient facilities such as rest areas and locker rooms.

The construction cost of the bowling alley is KRW 5.4 billion (National 10 Province, 7 County, 37), and the construction is scheduled to begin in March and be completed by December of this year.

When the bowling alley is built, it is expected that residents who used to go to nearby cities and counties to bowl will be able to comfortably enjoy leisure activities without any inconvenience.

Through this expansion of sports facilities, the county is expected to integrate sports facilities for everyday life, including the general playground, national sports center, tennis court, and archery field, to gain momentum in hosting various sports events and host general competitions, and to help revitalize the local economy as a training ground. are looking forward
