Loic Meillard (SUI): Then Loic Meillard pushes himself up the slope. The Swiss find a better balance between keeping the line and letting the skis run. And in the technical part, the 26-year-old plays to his strengths, building up a huge lead – well over a second.

Romed Baumann (GER): With again very good conditions, sunshine and a blue sky, Romed Baumann opens this Super G. The 37-year-old drives a long way in a right-hand turn, occasionally missing the beginning of the turn. Baumann reaches the goal and sets the first time. However, it is definitely much faster.
