Kristijan Jakic impresses against Werder Bremen

Kevin Trapp: Couldn’t excel in the 94 minutes of the game. Has not been tested by the Werder pros. The only late Bremen goal by Füllkrug was an offside goal. Footwork was the main occupation of the national goalkeeper, who was underemployed with his hands.

Total: The Brazilian was not the sovereign in person. Nevertheless, his appearance was enough not to embarrass himself against harmless Bremen players. His passing game needs to improve.

Kristijan Jakic: Defense chief instead of Makoto Hasebe. Coach Glasner was right with his nomination. Initiated the 1-0 because Werder captain Friedl deflected his cross into his own goal. As a warrior, the strong Croatian lived up to his name. Glasner praised his “brutal aggressiveness” and “defender mentality”.

Evan Ndicka: Continue on the path to old strength. Hardly any errors. However, the opponent did not demand much from him.

Ansgar Knauff: Made teammate Kolo Muani a goal scorer with his cross (2:0). The second half was his better offense. He did the defense work without any major problems.

Daichi Kamada: “Tactically very disciplined” and “very strong in stride” – Glasner praised the Japanese very much. The highly praised opened the game before the 2:0 with a nice pass. On his own behalf, he has been waiting for his eighth goal of the season since the end of October. The old man is not yet Kamada.

Djibril Sow: Missed the 3-0 with his shot. Stability anchor in midfield. Exuded calm. Was sure of the ball and with his large amount of running was always on the spot.

Philipp Max: Initiated the 1-0 with his free-kick cross. Also hit the flank before the 2:0. Dynamic, resolute and goal-oriented – Max is the new encourager on the left.

Jesper Lindström: Do and do. From his point of view, however, it is unfortunately not always the right thing to do. At the decisive moment, the Dane again lacked clarity in the game. Missed the chance to make it 2-0.

Mario Götze: There was only one big moment in the international’s game this time, when he made a brilliant pass to Kamada that made everyone wow. Otherwise, there were many little things with which the game strategist contributed to the eleventh win of the season. All in all, that was also important for success.

Randal Colored: Top scorer remains top scorer: With his goal to make it 2-0, the Frenchman now has ten goals this season. If his 13 assists are included, no Eintracht professional before him has been more successful. However, he did not make his best game against Bremen.

Rafael Borré: Got a chance for Kolo Muani. Not in competitive mode as requested. That annoyed his coach.

Christopher Lenz: Replaced Max. Brought what was to be expected from him: commitment.

Faride Alidou: Was allowed to play for Lindström. Didn’t enjoy tackling much which led to ball losses. This angered his coach. Immediately after the end of the game, Glasner made an announcement for him.

Lucas Alario: Came into play for Götze. The Argentine also seemed to lack the necessary attitude.
