JUDO: 20 young creusotins meet champion Cyrille Maret

This Saturday January 28 was a memorable day for 20 young Creusotin judokas. Indeed, after having spent the morning at the Creusot dojo training with their teacher Johnny Potet in a big technical session of 2 hours, they hit the road in the afternoon towards Guerigny in the Nièvre.
The trainee competitors of the Judo Club Creusotin went to Judo Guerigny Urzy ASGU in the company of Johnny and Jean-Louis Guyot, vice-president of the club, for training under the leadership of champion Cyrille Maret, who, it should be remembered, is a medalist of bronze at the Rio Olympics in 2016, not to mention the multiple titles and medals of his incredible track record. 20 young people were present to take advice from the champion who made himself very available and passed on to them some of his favorite techniques. The young people left with stars in their eyes and listened to all the advice of this great champion from Dijon.

The Judo Club Creusotin thanks Pierre Ange and Patrick for the invitation to this beautiful event, as well as the parents who made the trip possible. At the same time, 3 young beginners from Creusotins went to Chalon, accompanied by Antoine Orozco to take part in the test matches organized by the Judo Club Chalonnais. These fights allowed them to confront young people from other clubs in the region in a very educational setting, and thus to get back to work this week to continue to progress. Thanks to Yann du Closel for this great initiative and to Antoine for his support.
